Christmas and Mission

Thank you to all the ladies and men that helped to make our Anglican Church Women’s Christmas Dinner such a success last Saturday night.  

There were 28 women present to partake of a wonderful turkey and ham dinner, with lots of vegetables, and a wide assortment of treats.  

It was a real blessing to be able to share this meal with so many of our friends.  Lots of fun conversations at the tables.

Daphne organized some games and there was much laughter as we tried to come up with the answers!  We all enjoyed the opportunity to win door prizes and the night was filled with laughter.  It was a joyful evening of sharing friendships and food.  

We enjoyed this wonderful evening as it allowed us to bring a donation to the Airdrie Food Bank.  A number of bags of groceries plus $400 were collected and donated.  A big thank you to everyone.  

We now await to hear where God is calling us to next!!
