Late last year, our beloved brother in Christ, Alan Pile, completed his earthly journey. Alan was not only a devoted member of the St. Francis Anglican Church family, but also an avid train enthusiast whose love for locomotives mirrored the steady, faithful track he laid throughout his life.

Now, we invite you to join us for a memorial service in Alan’s honour, taking place at St. Francis Anglican Church on Saturday, May 3 at 1:00 PM. Together, we will celebrate his life, share memories, and give thanks for the lasting impact he made on our community and beyond.

All are welcome to attend — family, friends, train lovers, and parishioners — as we bid a heartfelt farewell and give glory to God for Alan’s life and faith.

“Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; He has risen!”
— Luke 24:5-6

As we wave goodbye at the station of this earthly life, we do so in the hope and joy of the tracks that lead to eternal peace — where Christ reigns and Alan now finds rest.

Rest in Peace, Alan. Your journey continues — full steam ahead into glory.
